A Typical Week of Workouts

A friend of mine asked me what I do each day during the week for my workouts.  So I thought I would share.  I am a busy mom and teacher, so I have to get up VERY EARLY to get my workouts in each day.  This means getting up at 4:30 am and heading to the gym or for a run about 5 am.  Here is what my week of workouts looks like.  This can vary daily but here it is:

Monday:  Heavy Lifting and Run Day (3-4 miles)

Tuesday:  Teaching Insane Boot Camp

Wednesday:  Easy Run Day (4-5 miles)

Thursday:  Teaching Insane Boot Camp

Friday:  Orange Theory Class or Hot Yoga

Saturday:  OFF DAY

Sunday:  Long Run with Friends (6-8 miles)

I try to follow this weekly plan, but I will change it up weekly.  I need to incorporate more heavy lifting days in, but I need to find time.
