Wow can you guys believe it is almost 2018? It seems like the year flew by. I am starting to think ahead on my goals for 2018. I have a few that I really want to focus on. I want to challenge myself in many ways, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I will be sharing more with you all about those goals in the next few weeks. First I wanted to share a kick butt workout! We did this in my class yesterday and it was awesome! It is a 30 minute cardio workout that can be done at home or at the gym. Give it a try.
